I earned my research stripes through more than 20 years of serving clients around the world. Leveraging a Master’s degree in library and information services from the University of Denver, I founded Marcy Phelps & Associates (formerly Phelps Research) in early 2000. Through the years, I’ve developed a strong global network of experts with specialized skills that help me meet my clients’ needs.
My skills lie not only in finding what others might call impossible, but in turning raw data into meaningful insights. As a speaker and author, I am constantly learning new techniques as I share my expertise.
I am a professional researcher, private investigator (North Carolina license #516662), Certified Fraud Examiner, and the author of Research on Main Street: Using the Web to Find Local Business and Market Information.
