Holiday wishes
As we close out this year, I’ll give 2021 a mixed review. Lots to celebrate, certainly. Yet sometimes I wonder how we managed to love, laugh, create, and learn during such a wild, wild year. In a year filled with uncertainty, major cultural shifts, and more than a few honest-to-goodness WTF moments, how did we manage to find so much joy?
I believe that it’s a sense of community that still exists, in spite of our distancing and isolation. It’s what we still crave, and we seem to always find our way. Even during our solo workouts in our living rooms, we’ve connected with our Peloton and Yoga with Adriene communities. We’ve formed our social and learning pods, built online groups, and found new ways to connect with family and friends.
